Summary Judgment Granted in UIM Claim

Des Moines, Iowa (August 15, 2025) – The Firm obtained an Order granting summary judgment in an underinsured motorist coverage claim. On October 13, 2021, Plaintiffs filed a Petition at Law, asserting claims for underinsured motorist and medical payment benefits under an auto insurance policy. Adam Zenor and Allyson Aden filed a motion for summary judgment, arguing Plaintiffs’ claims barred by the applicable contractual limitation period and not otherwise tolled. On August 15, 2025, the Court entered an Order granting the summary judgment motion and dismissed the matter entirely.
