Michael Kuehner
counsel
Michael Kuehner's practice is client-centered and results oriented. He represents clients in commercial litigation, personal injury, white-collar criminal cases and general trial and appellate work. In addition to adversarial litigation, Michael counsels clients in a number of areas outside of the courtroom. He has advocated for individuals and businesses in the legislature, in front of administrative agencies, and during civil and criminal investigations. Michael has also advised political candidates at the state and federal level.
Michael is a member of the Iowa Bar Association and the Polk County Bar Association. He currently serves as the President of the Polk County Bar Association Volunteer Lawyers Project, which provides pro bono legal services to those in the community in need. He is a member of the Blackstone Inn of Court and is a Fellow in the Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers.
